The approximately 70-foot pool is long enough for proper laps and morning strokes, while also acting as a striking visual centerpiece for the villa.

Beside the pool is a substantial 10-person Jacuzzi with multiple water jets – ideal for slow afternoons and warm evenings.
Entertaining
The barbecue and outdoor seating area is designed for family meals and relaxed entertaining. A log fire can be lit in the evening, creating a warm focal point as the temperature softens.
Night-time atmosphere
Concealed and architectural LED lighting washes the balconies and exterior with a gentle glow. After dark, the stone, glass and water take on a different character while Spetses sparkles across the sea.
