Villa KARIN was conceived and built from the ground up by our family – Kal, Trusha and our daughter Karin – as a place where the pace of London could give way to sunlight, water, privacy and time together.
What began as a family vision became a private Mediterranean retreat in Aghios Emilianos, overlooking the sea towards Spetses. Today, Villa KARIN welcomes guests seeking the same sense of space, tranquillity and togetherness that inspired its creation.

This property is not only beautiful and perfectly equipped, but it is also incredibly luxurious and extremely comfortable. The indoor botanical garden is particularly impressive. The villa is ideally located, close to bars, restaurants, several supermarkets and village shops. The beach, just a 7-minute walk away, is very peaceful and unspoilt. We had a wonderful week at Villa KARIN. Many thanks to the owners, who have created a true home, enhanced by the vision and talent of an interior designer. We would be delighted to return.
Villa Karin enjoys an ideal location and offers exceptional accommodation, with luxurious, high-end finishes throughout. It is extremely well equipped and had everything we needed for our large family. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor swimming pool, while the spa, with its heated plunge pool, was the icing on the cake for me. The host was very friendly and knew the area extremely well. The food and wine in Porto Heli were truly spectacular. I highly recommend staying here — it is pure luxury.
