Villa Karin is a stunning five-bedroom retreat nestled in the area of Porto Heli, in the heart of the Peloponnese.
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a stylish living room that seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. On this level, you will also find a beautifully appointed bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.

- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items, which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email.
- Cancellation policy is applied according to the villa's local time.
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurring less than 45 days before the arrival day: 100% of the total reservation amount is due to Villa Karin.
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation amount is due to Villa Karin.
Villa Karin
This property is not only beautiful and perfectly equipped, but it is also incredibly luxurious and extremely comfortable. The indoor botanical garden is particularly impressive. The villa is ideally located, close to bars, restaurants, several supermarkets and village shops. The beach, just a 7-minute walk away, is very peaceful and unspoilt. We had a wonderful week at Villa KARIN. Many thanks to the owners, who have created a true home, enhanced by the vision and talent of an interior designer. We would be delighted to return.
LaVilla Karin enjoys an ideal location and offers exceptional accommodation, with luxurious, high-end finishes throughout. It is extremely well equipped and had everything we needed for our large family. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor swimming pool, while the spa, with its heated plunge pool, was the icing on the cake for me. The host was very friendly and knew the area extremely well. The food and wine in Porto Heli were truly spectacular. I highly recommend staying here — it is pure luxury.
